Tenancy Deposit Scheme
We are members of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme under the new legisation which came into effect in April 2007, which means that all tenant deposits are lodged into a designated deposit scheme ensuring that any disputes between tenant and landord can be resolved swiftly as possible.
Visiting your property
We carry out regular visits during the course of the tenancy to keep you updated so that any issues regarding your property can be brought to your attention and dealt with immediately.
End of tenancy
At the end of a tenancy, a check is made out to compare with the initial inventory made at the begnning of the tenancy. Any deductions from the deposit as regarding breakages, damages etc., will be negotiated by both parties. In the event of a dispute, the case will be submitted to the "Dispute Service" for adjudication.
Repairs
Any repairs to your property will be done in consultation with you. We either use our database of trusted contractors or if you prefer you may use a contractor of your own.
Refurbishment
We offer a refurbishment service for major works such as interior decorating and carpeting and can provide you with various quotes and if required a surveyor to oversee the job.
